Dispatch9ja gives users the option to permanently delete their account and associated personal data.
Delete your account from the app
You can delete your Dispatch9ja account directly from the app:
Follow the instructions displayed in the app to confirm the deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing:
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Dispatch9ja account and use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
What happens when you delete your account?
Account deletion will permanently remove the account and associated personal data that is not required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or other legitimate regulatory purposes.
Information that must be retained by law may be kept for the legally required retention period and will not be used for other purposes.
